Melissa is a producer on SWCTN’s data theme, supporting our research fellows and prototype teams to make connections, collaborate and create new research, products and services.
Her background is in filmmaking and human rights. She spent 10 years working as a documentary filmmaker specialising in oral history, worked in feature film development, and was CEO of a UK modern slavery charity for three years.
Melissa is particularly interested in how people working in the creative economies can drive meaningful social change, and how organisations can grow in an authentic, principled way. She loves connecting people.
