Biography

Patrick Crogan teaches media theory at the University of the West of England, Bristol. His research interests span animation, automation, AI and video games. A member of the Digital Culture Research Centre at UWE, Patrick has collaborated on projects with game developers and digital media and participatory theatre creatives. For his Fellowship, Patrick is exploring whether creating things with automation and AI tech changes what creativity is in the creative process.
