Reflecting on the slow process of becoming algorithm, what has become apparent, is the sense of calm I feel, when working with profound, heartfelt matters, as matter. Not feeling lost or paralysed by personal decisions, but detached from the why of placing one aspect of Sternberg’s triarchic theorem for love here, or another there.
Working with interpersonal relationships as a data set, creates some distance, to ‘care less’ [1]. The welcome feeling of calm is then followed by a moment of surprise, that each drawing is unique, although each aspect of love, which collectively forms the triarchic theorem, still remains the same.
